How is this different from a NetSuite implementation engagement?
Our advisory practice is platform-agnostic and starts with the business problem, not the system. We may recommend NetSuite (often we do, because it's the right fit for mid-market), but we may also recommend you delay an ERP move and fix the operating model first. Implementation work happens later, only if the diagnostic says it's the right move.
Do you take on fractional CFO or CIO roles?
Yes, on a retainer basis. Anthony Long (CPA) typically takes 1–2 fractional CFO engagements at any time, and Gaurav Srivastava takes 1–2 fractional CIO/transformation lead roles. Engagements range from 2–4 days a month for 6–12 months.
What's the typical investment for an advisory engagement?
Diagnostic engagements start from $25,000 fixed-fee for a 2–4 week scope. Roadmap engagements typically range $40,000–$120,000 depending on complexity. Ongoing fractional CXO retainers are quoted monthly based on time commitment. We always provide a fixed proposal before any work commences.
Do we have to use NetSuite to engage with you?
No. We've helped clients select NetSuite over SAP B1, Acumatica, MYOB Acumatica and Dynamics 365 BC — and occasionally we've recommended a non-NetSuite path. The right answer is the one that fits your operation, growth horizon and team capability.
Can you work with us if we're already running NetSuite?
Absolutely. A significant share of our advisory clients are existing NetSuite users looking to optimise (close acceleration, controls tightening, S&OP design, AI use-case pilots) or to extend (adding WMS, OpenAir, SuiteCommerce or AVT SuiteApps). We don't require you to switch implementation partners.
