“Customers have had to change the way they buy very, very much and organisations have really needed to adapt to the new ways that customers are buying and providing new roots to market to allow that to happen,” he said.
Mr Toshack also said it’s not just organisations that were negatively affected by COVID-19 but also organisations that have been successful this year.
“With all this new business that’s happened very, very quickly they’ve needed to look at are our systems robust enough, are our processes robust enough, can we deliver the products that our customers are now requesting,” he said.
